Setting up the Lobby View
On the Horizontal Navigation Bar go to Basic Settings | Tennis Court Scheduler | Option #12.
1) Establish a Directory for your Lobby (4-6 characters, no spaces, no special characters - this will become part of the URL for the Lobby View page so you do not want it to be too long).
2) Choose which courts to show in the Lobby View Basic Settings | Tennis Court Scheduler | Option # 1 - Courts and Hours
The 6th column (Tennis Lobby) is a toggle. By default all courts are Hidden. Click the word "Show" to show. If a court is Shown, click the word "Hide" to Hide. In the following example Indoor Courts 1, 2, 3, and Clay 4 are showing, Clay 1, 2, and 3 are not.

Click the Tennis Lobby View link in the header to open the user-defined content area:

TIP: If you choose to make your lobby available on your web site, place a hyperlink to the Lobby View page on a members-only page. Since the Lobby page can be quite wide, set the properties on the Hyperlink to open in a new page (or pop-up window @ 100% -
here's how)
If you choose not to put the Lobby View on your web site, Bookmark it on your Kiosk PC for easy retrieval (it is not on any menu so you need to copy and paste the URL).
