Online Enrollment - Staff Example
This is an example of the Staff / Back Office enrollment process for an event that was set up in the Online Enrollment - Configuring example.

There are two ways for your staff to enroll a player in an event.  Both require that you are logged in to TennisConnect.

1)  Locate the event on your calendar.  You can click on the Enroll Online link to enroll your player.



2)  The other option is to access the administrative menu for the Calendar (Calendar | Admin Menu | Enrollments | This Month):



Once you choose Enrollments (This Month) you will see a list of all enrollable events (sorted by date descending)

Choose the event for which you would like to enroll a new participant and click Enroll:



Complete the online enrollment form. 

Additional options:
No matter which way you access the enrollment form (#1 or #2 above), you have additional options when you access an enrollment record as an administrator.

For each enrollment you can shoose to keep track of stand-by's, change to confirmed, record payment information, etc:



Stand-by:  Indicaets whether this enrollment is on Stand-by.  Choose the appropriate radio button to change.

Paid in Full (PIF):  Flag to indicate where this enrollment is paid.  Note:  This is an optional field.  You do not have to do your recor5d keeping inside TennisConnect - but it is available to you.  For TennisCollect customers this filed is automatically updated upon payment.  Other customers use this fieed to manually update the payment status.

PIF Taken By:  A free from text field for the person updating the payment status.

PO or Check #:  A free form text field often used to record the chck number, inter-club billing number or credit card authorization  / transaction cross-reference number.

Confirmed:  Has been made an optional field.  In prior releases of TennisConnect all online enrollment were pending Confirmation.  While the field is not longer in use my most TennisConnect customers, several still use this as a "double check" to confirm enrollments.

Confirmed By:  The person issuing the confirmation.

Confirmed Date:  The Confirmation Date.

Enrolled Date:  The date the enrollment was processed.

Enrolled Time:  The time the enrollment was processed.

Enrolled IP address:  The IP address (Internet Protocol) of the browser making the enrollment.  This is audit trail information that allows us to trouble shoot the source of enrollments when needed.

Internal Comments:  Are comments used internally and are never displayed to consumers.
