Online Enrollment - Consumer Example

This is an example of the process a consumer goes through when in enrolling in an event as configured in the KB article Online Enrollment - Configuring

Note:  When you add events to the calendar you assign the Event Category which controls whether or not the event is enrollable.  There are additional options that allow you to control available seats (inventory of slots), standby management and other options.  Please see Adding Events for more information on these options at the specific event level.

Consumer enrollment:
Is simple and straightforward.  If a player chooses to register on your web site and login then most of the enrollment form will "pre-populate" for them, saving many keystrokes.

When a  consumer enrolls online three things happen: The daatbase is updated, the consumer receives a confirmation email, and the event host receives a confirmation email.

When your customer chooses to Enroll Online they are directed to the enrollment form that was defined in the Event Category:



Consumer receives Confirmation page and Post Enrollment Comments as well as the opportunity to add another participant (answers to enrollment questions are unique to each participant):



IF your consumer is a registered member of your web site and logged in when they make the enrollment, they will also be able to see their past and future dated enrollments in the Participation tab of: "MY PAGE"
