Add a Court set times

Courts are established in one of two places depending on security.  You can either add courts under Basic Settings | TennisConnect Basics | #10 - Courts, hours and lighting... or Basic Settings | Tennis Court Scheduler | #1 - Courts and hours.

Both menu items bring up the exact same page.  It is listed under both menu items for varying security purposes.

To add a court once you are already in production with TennisConnect,

Choose Basic Settings | TennisConnect Basics | #10 - Courts, hours and lighting... or Basic Settings | Tennis Court Scheduler | #1 - Courts and hours.



You will see your existing courts.  Click Add :



Name your new court, activate it, and set the court hours of operation:



TIP:  When you set the court hours the range of available start and end times is established by the Default Hours of Operation on step# 9 of the 10 step set up wizard.  Step 9 sets the earliest time in the morning that a court reservation can be booked, and the last playable 30 minute time slot in the evening.  So if your hours are 8AM-9PM your start time would be 8AM and your end time would be 8:30PM (the last playable 30 minute time slot commencing at 8:30PM).

Special Considerations:
There are a few additional considerations if you are using Member Types, Court Groups, Available Start Time Rules or TennisCollect.
