TennisConnect Calendar Overview

If the Contact Manager is the heart of TennisConnect, then the eCalendar is its wallet. More money has been made through increased participation, at lower administrative costs through the online calendar than perhaps any other feature of TennisConnect. Setting up and maintaining your calendar of events should be less work for you or your staff; it should not be more work.

Serving as a central database of all time/date stamped activities, your players can review the day at a glance, weekly schedules, a monthly view, or search for specific types of events (camps, clinics, cardio tennis, instruction, etc).

Marketing Visibility
Events that you publish using the Calendar are SEO (Search Engine Optimized) AND you have the option of listing your events on all of the Tennis Industry Association Search form partners web sites (tennis.com, playtennis.com, etc), and from within our new Facebook app (http://apps.facebook.com/playtennis).  Se another example of how we promote your events by clicking here.

Adding events to your calendar is as simple as filling out an event form (name, date, time, place, description, etc), and includes all of the productivity tools for creating recurring event rules, event cloning and mass updating.
