We support several FTP options.
Note for Custom Hosting clients
If you are a TennisConnect "Classic" customer (site hosted before June 1, 2010) your FTP URL, username and password have been sent to you by TennisConnect Support.
When you login using your FTP client you will see something like this:
It is

important that you do not change the names of the directories, as they are used by the TCOEditor to allow non-FTP users to continue to function using the WYSIWG tools in TennisConnect.
You may upload images in bulk to the images folder, files, flash, etc.
You may add directories and sub-directories as needed. We
strongly suggest you create one new sub-directory called "custom" and then upload your custom content (pages, audio files, .CSS, etc) into that directory (or a sub directory within it).
The URL of you uploaded content will be accessible at www.yourdomainname/pages/yourclubdir/....
To determine your domain name and your club directory simply view the properties of any image on your web site. For example, I FTP'd a file called logo_ademoclub.gif to the image directory, it would be accessible for use at:
http://www.mytenniscenter.us/pages/democlub/image/logo_ademoclub.gif
or in a relative path .../pages/democlub/image/logo_ademoclub.gif
Hint: your club directory will most like start with the two letter abbreviation for your state.
