Tennis Court Reservation Restrictions - how far in advance

There are two places that you control court reservation rules.

Reservation Restrictions specify how far in advance a player may book a court (Basic Settings | Tennis Court Scheduler | Option # 3 - Reservation Restrictions).

Player Access determines other privileges (Basic Settings | Tennis Court Scheduler | Option # 6 - Player Access) such as what players can see about other reservations, how many future dated reservations a player may hold at any given point in time, and maximum reservation duration for singles and for doubles.

Reservation Restrictions: ((Basic Settings | Tennis Court Scheduler | Option # 3 - Reservation Restrictions)

A)  Specify the unit of measure (days or hours)

B)  Specify the allowable advance booking horizon

C)  Optional - if you have start-time-of-day considerations for making a court reservation, enter it here.  This will take affect for the last day in the booking horizon.  For example, if you allow a player to book a court 3 days in advance (today plus 3) starting at 7:00 AM and today is Monday, the player can book for anytime today, tomorrow, and Wednesday, but cannot book a court for Thursday until 7AM today.

D)  Sets the blackout period for deleting reservations.  If you have a deletion policy, enter the hours in advance that a player must call the club to delete a court reservation (abuse prevention control).

E)  The tennis court scheduler is "time zone aware".  Please call customer service at 888-620-6696 XT 2 if your time zone is not correct.

F)  Advance court reservation privileges are flexible by member type.  Click the EDIT link to set set court reservation restrictions for each member type.
