The TennisConnect Editor offers an easy What You See is What You Get (WYSIWYG) interface that shields you from needing to know HTML or even from learning any specialized web content authoring tools.
If you need to paste source code from a widget or other application (Facebook, Twitter, Photobucket, etc,) use the Insert HTML function on the TCOEditor toolbar:
Paste Source Code
Position your cursor where you would like to paste your code.
Click the Insert HTML button on the tool bar:
Make sure you are allowing pop-ups from TennisConnect.org, and this dialog box will open:
Your widget will now appear where you inserted it in your web page.
TIP:
- Sometimes you have to save your changes to "write" them to the database before the widget will appear
- Flash objects may show as a place holder in the editor WYSIWYG mode. Save your changes and Preview or Go To Consumer Site to view.

The process to embed a slide show, weather magnet, survey or poll, Facebook feed or any other "object" on your web site is the same no matter what you are doing. So for this example we will use a Slide Show that was created using PhotoBucket.
BTW: All of these "things" that you may want to upload to your web site are called a "Resource". Resource is a broad term used in this case to describe the "thing" you want on your web site.
This is a simple 3 step process:
- You need to make your resource. TennisConnect is completely 100% HTML compatible like any other modern web tool, but we do not make software that "makes" things like slide shows or weather magnets. You need to "make" your resource elsewhere (in this case a Photobucket slide show). You can find instructions for making a slide show in Photobucket by clicking here.
- Find and copy the Share and Embed code.
- Paste the code into the TennisConnect Editor in source code mode (here's how).
Find the "Share" function. In Photobucket it is here:

Find the embed code: Each resource will have slightly different options for embedding. You want the "HTML for web sites" option. In Photobucket, it is here:
Generally when you click the option you want, the site will tell you "Code Copied" or similar notice, like:
You now have the required "Source Code" copied. Return to the top of this article to paste it into the correct place on your web page.
